The Opportunity
Kids Kottage Foundation is recruiting for a Data Entry and Administrative Support assistant. This casual position will report to the Executive Director and manage the organization's accounting and finance requirements to support the Kids Kottage Foundation's mission, values, organizational priorities, and strategies.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares client data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information; establishing entry priorities
- Enters all client data into database and excel spreadsheets
- Verifies client information by reviewing, correcting, deleting, or reentering data
- Provides cumulative statistical reports to the Program Manager and Executive Director
- Maintains all personnel files with complete accuracy;
- Schedule employment interviews and orientation according to the Program Manager's schedule
- Advises Accounting Technician of change in personnel status
- Fulfills other duties as requested
Qualifications
- A minimum of a high school diploma
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in database management, excel spreadsheets, and record-keeping
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, and Excel
- Ability to prepare comprehensive statistical reports
The Individual
The Candidate will:
- Accept and support Kids Kottage's philosophy, and adheres to all policies and procedures.
- Maintain all required documentation at the Kottage
- Employ positive working relationships with peers and management.
Work Environment
- Office environment
- Work schedule Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. on a casual basis
