Every year, 1,200 children stay at Kids Kottage. Kids Kottage Foundation aims to make a difference, not only today, for children and their support systems, but also for tomorrow, by promoting social change in our current complex world.

Our mission is to empower those accessing our services with a community network of support. Our goal is to be here for those familial systems before intensive intervention is required. Kids Kottage Foundation achieves this by delivering transformational services for those waging war against trauma, poverty, violence, and adversity. Strategic priorities drive our organization as we continue to push for change.
This part-time, casual volunteer position requires organized, cheerful individuals, to meet and provide information to our team and the general public. This includes responding to visits to the office and calls on the telephone. The volunteer will also help with filing and other tasks that arise. We ask volunteers to commit to a morning or afternoon shift one day per week (if you want to commit to more, you can). This position would allow those individuals who are looking to enter the workforce experience in an office environment and with strong people skills, good organizational skills, familiarity with computers, phones, office equipment, and previous experience is an asset.
The Candidate will:
- Accept and supports the Kottage philosophy, and adheres to all policies and procedures.
- Maintain all required documentation at the Kottage
- Employ positive working relationships with peers and management.
